Aloha! Christmas is almost here! Are you super excited? Me too! During the busy busy Holiday season, I know we have so much to do: get together with family and friends, shopping for gifts, parties, take care of the Ohana (family in Hawaiian), household, eating right, work and oh yes, exercise & sleep! Plus everywhere I turn there are Christmas cookies, hot cocoa, cupcakes, candies! I want to help everyone stay on track during the Holidays with my easy FitMas Tips!
Do NOT let your workout routine fall off the sleigh. You MUST be consistent and keep up with your workout routines, even if they are shorter. The key is to still be consistent. If you are pressed for time, try the Flex HIIT routines in the eGym library. They are quick, intense bouts of high intensity workouts all in a 15 minute class. Flex HIIT 15 are the perfect solution if you're busy anytime of the year. Plus it's a terrific way to keep your muscles guessing instead of doing the same routine over and over again. The problem with repeating the same workout each time is that your muscles get used to it and don't grow or change as fast. Instead, shock your muscles into shape with Flex HIIT 15 routines!
